





Well, my pics came out a little fuzzy/crappy today. Sorry everyone - I was SO late for class!
Day 2 of low-carb diet was ok. I've had a stomach bug for the past few days and just can't shake it. Plus I'm low on medicine that makes me feel better and taking medicine that makes me sick :( I'll have to work through those problems tomorrow.
Diet today:
Breakfast: Low carb tortilla rollup with Better N' Eggs, 1 slice cheddar and 2 slices bacon
Lunch: 1 cup chili with sour cream and 1/4 cup cheddar
Snack: 1o almonds and 1 slice cheddar
Dinner: Lean hamburger w/ 1 slice cheddar, 2 slices bacon, yellow mustard and low carb ketchup on a whole wheat bun
Snack: Breyer's Carb Smart ice cream bar
Total Net Carbs for the day = 31
