





Well everyone, I finally found I workout I don't like. No...really it borders on HATRED right now. I hate Legs and Back. It's just not fun for me! i have bad knees though, and I hate squats and lunges...so this was like torture hour. And then to have to do Ab Ripper X afterwards! OOOF what a way to start a Saturday :(!
Actually, it's a great way to start a Saturday. Nothing like kicking your own ass right before the weekend starts. On about 3 hours of sleep, nonetheless. Ugh, I need to graduate.....
Food today - My roomies ate the rest of my low-fat low-cal breakfast casserole :( so I had a low-fat low-cal light english muffin w/ some smart balance and a bit of reduced fat pb. Despite the calorie content, I allow myself peanut butter. Also had a riceotein/skim milk protein drink.
Lunch will be difficult. We're going to a sports bar to watch a game and it will be REALLY hard not to go for the wings, potato skins, onion rings, and.....most enticing of all....mozzerella sticks :(! I looked at the menu and found a decent-sounding quesadilla, a chili bowl, and a grilled chicken wrap, so those all seem like moderately viable options. I also may get one drink. We will see.
Dinner will be a small steak and some carmelized onions - Mmmmmmmmmmmmm

Hey Erin, It's Brian (toyamabarnard) from the P90X forums. I wanted to stop in and tell you what an awesome job you're doing. I started Sept 8th, so I'm just a bit ahead of you. I can already see results between your day 1 and day 13. That's great!!! You're already a beautiful woman and Neuroscience and Cognitive Science....
