P90X Lean - Day 39





I'm back down to 30 inches around the largest part of my waist (right below the belly button). I also just got my body fat caliper in the mail, but I can't figure out how to use it yet!

All I've eaten so far today is a handful of almonds, a slice of cheese, a few pita chips and some hummus. I have incredible abdominal pain right now though - I have no idea what it's from. I can't even move. I'm just going to lay in bed for the next hour and see if it gets any better. I was supposed to go out and celebrate my boyfriend's first med school interview with him, but depending on how I feel that may or may not happen :(

P90X Lean - Day 38




Well, my pics came out a little fuzzy/crappy today. Sorry everyone - I was SO late for class!

Day 2 of low-carb diet was ok. I've had a stomach bug for the past few days and just can't shake it. Plus I'm low on medicine that makes me feel better and taking medicine that makes me sick :( I'll have to work through those problems tomorrow.

Diet today:

Breakfast: Low carb tortilla rollup with Better N' Eggs, 1 slice cheddar and 2 slices bacon

Lunch: 1 cup chili with sour cream and 1/4 cup cheddar

Snack: 1o almonds and 1 slice cheddar

Dinner: Lean hamburger w/ 1 slice cheddar, 2 slices bacon, yellow mustard and low carb ketchup on a whole wheat bun

Snack: Breyer's Carb Smart ice cream bar

Total Net Carbs for the day = 31

Low Carb Diet Starts today!

Pre-Workout: Coffee w/ cream and Stevia

CORE SYN

Post Workout: Meal 1 - Breakfast Casserole, Riceotein+Lactose Free Milk

Meal 2 - Hamburger-patty sized steak with feta cheese, Low-Sodium V8

Meal 3 - 2 pieces Pemmican Jerky

Meal 4 - Turkey Chili w/ sour cream and cheddar cheese

Meal 5 - Hummus w/ 5 low-carb pita chips

Total Net Carbs for day: ?


I have to go grocery shopping later for more proteins :). Here are some meal I'm planning on:

Breakfast: Low fat, Low cal breakfast casserole

Lunch: Tuna on a small low-carb fajita
Lean hamburger/turkey burger w/ cheese, Cottage cheese
Turkey Chili

Dinner: Turkey Chili
Lean hamburger/turkey burger w/ cheese, Cottage cheese
Piece of red meat + low sodium V8 or onions
low carb chicken/veal Parmesan
Chicken cordon bleu
Low Carb enchilas and burritos etc.

Snacks:
Pemmican Jerky
Low-fat string cheese with a few almonds
Hummus w/ low carb pita chips
