Low Carb Diet Starts today!

Pre-Workout: Coffee w/ cream and Stevia

CORE SYN

Post Workout: Meal 1 - Breakfast Casserole, Riceotein+Lactose Free Milk

Meal 2 - Hamburger-patty sized steak with feta cheese, Low-Sodium V8

Meal 3 - 2 pieces Pemmican Jerky

Meal 4 - Turkey Chili w/ sour cream and cheddar cheese

Meal 5 - Hummus w/ 5 low-carb pita chips

Total Net Carbs for day: ?


I have to go grocery shopping later for more proteins :). Here are some meal I'm planning on:

Breakfast: Low fat, Low cal breakfast casserole

Lunch: Tuna on a small low-carb fajita
Lean hamburger/turkey burger w/ cheese, Cottage cheese
Turkey Chili

Dinner: Turkey Chili
Lean hamburger/turkey burger w/ cheese, Cottage cheese
Piece of red meat + low sodium V8 or onions
low carb chicken/veal Parmesan
Chicken cordon bleu
Low Carb enchilas and burritos etc.

Snacks:
Pemmican Jerky
Low-fat string cheese with a few almonds
Hummus w/ low carb pita chips
