





Woooo 10 days in! Shoulders and Arms again today, it's a pretty fun workout. I really enjoy it, and by now I've figured out which bands work best for which exercises. Plus, I got my new P90X set from Beachbody yesterday, so I can FINALLY move on to some new workouts! SO PUMPED!
Ab Ripper X is still killing me. I actually kept up the whole time, minus the backwards bicycle (my legs just wont do it!) and half of scissors. Thank God this exercise is only 15 minutes long. I wouldn't do it otherwise hahaha. Can't wait to, as Tony says, "burn off the goo" so I can really see this abs!
Post Workout:
I think I'm a lot less bloated than yesterday - and according to the measuring tape, today I'm down two inches from day one!!! Rock on!!! Now I just have to stay away from the candy corn that my roomie put out.....
