





Well, the bad news is yesterday I ate a whole pizza. Well, not entirely true. It was a 10'' cheese breadstick appetizer, and I ate all but half of one breadstick. And today I had a lot of carbs (all due to Starbucks). The good news, which isn't really good and is a sorry excuse, is that it was an awesome carb/calorie shock to my body, considering I hadn't really eaten in the past two days! Alright, I'm definitely emotional eating like CRAZY. It's going to take me a while to heal from this relationship. At some times during the day it's agonizing. I just have to learn that agonizing should not equal a whole pizza :( haha
Seriously though, I'll get my diet on track. I've been experimenting with my new Miracle Noodles, which are made entirely of water-soluble fiber. No calories, no carbs. They're pretty amazing. I like them best with butter, garlic, parm cheese and some salt and pepper, with some boneless skinless chicken thrown in there. I need to get back on that diet :)
